  • Design your property via our state-of-the-art CAD design where you can place exactly what you want, where you want it in your property. Or if you are short of time you can simply ask a few questions about your property and current boiler via our Fast Track system.

  • Once you have selected your new system you can choose to pay by a variety of flexible methods such as finance or cash.

    On confirmation all details will be sent to your listed email address and will be stored on your CentralHeating.com account. Simply wait for your installer to arrive on your preferred date with your brand-new central heating system.

    All our boilers come with 1-year installation warranty. Depending on the boiler manufacturer you choose, warranties can vary between 2-10 years.

    If you are ever unsure of your decision at any point of your CentralHeating.com journey, you can chat with a Gas Safe Registered engineer to make sure all is 100%. Our system is also accurate at spotting mistakes and if something doesn’t seem right your journey will be paused and you will be recommended to get in contact with us.

    Depending on installation type, it can take between 1-3 days. For example, if you are having a like for like swap this can be done within 1 day but if you are looking for a full system conversion this is where installation can take a little longer.

    Yes. Pay however much you are comfortable with just get in touch with our lenders to increase your payment. If you can add more to your agreement, the sooner the loan will be paid in full.

    Yes. We have a cooling off period of 14 days. If you decide to cancel after the 14 day period, you will lose your deposit.
